Initial Consultation & Site visit: 

We start with a meeting to determine your needs, goals and lifestyle. We will walk the property together to evaluate current landscape and current needs. The site is photographed, measured and sketched. Client will complete short questionnaire regarding style, goals and budget. 

Design Development: There are 2 options for Landscape Design that provide you with some flexibility:

The Creative Design, is a more affordable option that provides detailed plant names and sizes and verbal directions for their placement. It's important to note that there won't be any visual drawings with this option, so if you're comfortable trusting Root to Bloom's vision and interpretation of the space, this could be a great choice for you. We will also provide a cost estimate for full installation of the project or you are welcome to take the design and execute on your own.

The Full Landscape Design, provides a visual representation of the design layout with a 2-D drawing, detailed plant list, plant number counts, and mood board with photos of the plants. This option is for clients who prefer to see a visual representation of the design before moving forward with the project. Cost estimate for execution of the design provided.

Installation Quote:

Labor, plants, materials are quoted along with projected timeline for project.  If using a landscape installer, I will consult with the contractor regarding labor and project installation timeline.

Project Installation:

All plant material will be laid according to the design plan 

Maintenance

After installation, Root to Bloom will provide you with instructions on how to maintain your new landscape from irrigation needs to pruning to winterizing. All additional maintenance is the responsibility of the client once the installation process is complete.
